Glad you are feeling better!! There’s nothing better for the soul and mind (and the body) than a break from the routine .. especially after what you have been through. Loving that you had the bluejays, even with all their demands.

My mom had a Calico cat that she also called Cally. What a coincidence. I learned today (thanks to Quirks and Quarks) that all Calico cats are female, and that they are all brown, orange and white … the whole XX/XY chromosome thing. The things you learn while driving …

I look forward to hearing more from the new KJ!!

I’m glad you are feeling so much better. I figured you really needed something like that. Had to be wonderful…especially with that adorable kitten. It is sooo pretty. And such a great place for your retreat.
